At Mazer Appliance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home equipment; if your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return most products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all appliances are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    Prepare the Appliance

    Carefully repack the item in its original box with all included manuals, hardware, and accessories to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup or Shipping

    For large appliances, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup; for smaller items, use the prepaid shipping label provided in your authorization email.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
